The Kigali City Tower (KCT) symbolizes Rwanda’s efforts to become the business hub of East Africa. The original project plan called for a taxi park that would ease the pressure of the city’s increasingly crowded streets. Yet as the city’s plans became more ambitious, so did KCT’s. Today the complex includes a 14-story office tower, a 356-car parking silo and a large commercial center – all in the heart of Kigali’s Central Business District. Aside from being a robust business opportunity that will provide services and accommodation to meet the demands of a growing economy, KCT will ultimately modernize the city and draw more quality investments into Rwanda.
